It’s Budget Day!

This year’s budget is designed to create fairness for all generations.

Too many young Canadians feel priced out of the housing market and struggle paying down the cost of an education.

Too many families are having a hard time with the price of groceries and the cost of child care.

Too many workers and seniors are finding their paycheques and pensions don’t go as far as they used to.

That’s not fair, and it’s time to make changes to better support people who can use the help and build an economy that works for everyone.

Budget 2024 is focused on solving the housing crisis, making life more affordable, strengthening the social safety net, and creating good paying jobs for Canadians.
